Flavor touched all notes.I actually use these for a bagel spread before my kitchen shift. Wouldn't mind some more heat.

We had lunch at a small deli in Cannon Beach recently. My husband ordered a meat and cheese plate and there was one ingredient on the plate he didn’t recognize. It was a jam with smoky bacon flavor that was a perfect accompaniment for the goat cheese. We had to find out what it was, who made it and if it was for sale at this deli. As soon as the waiter told us it was bacon jam from Terrapin Ridge Farms, I was searching for it on line! I ordered 4 jars to start and I’m sure we will be regular customers. We also plan to take several jars to share with our friends and neighbors in Italy this summer. It will be perfect with fresh robiola cheese! It’s an amazing jam!

Gave to my son as a gift and he really liked the flavor and had the right amount of heat. Good on everyrhing!

I love the Raspberry Honey Mustard pretzel dip, use it in potato salad, it’s a big hit!
Also use it on hot dogs & hamburgers instead of yellow mustard.

Let the red potatoes absorb this vinaigrette and then roasted them. What a flavor!

We put the Hot Pepper Bacon Jam on avocado toast and top it with a fried egg - heavenly!! I am not a hot pepper lover, but even hough it's called "hot' the taste is just right and not too hot. Super great flavor not too sweet or too hot.

The balsamic onion jam and the hot berry bacon jam are the best I’ve ever had! So delicious!

I received my first order expecting them to be unique and excellent, which all were. I’m looking forward to trying new flavors because everything so far has been delicious.
