Product used in this recipe: Spicy Mediterranean White Bean Dip
1 lb Orecchiette pasta cooked al dente and cooled
1 jar Terrapin Ridge Spicy Mediterranean White Bean Dip
¼ c Extra Virgin Olive Oil
½ c Grated Parmesan
2 T Chopped Basil
sea salt and cracked black pepper to taste
Toss all ingredients together and chill. You can add 2 cups diced grilled chicken or vegetables. Delicious served hot!
