Tangerine Glazed Salmon Fillets

Product used in this recipe: TANGERINE SOY & WASABI SALAD DRESSING

1 bottle Terrapin Ridge Farms Tangerine Soy and Wasabi Dressing
4 salmon fillets - 6 to 8 ounces each
Salt and pepper to taste

Marinate salmon in 1 cup of Tangerine Soy and Wasabi dressing (reserving the rest) for 15 to 30 mnutes, turning 3 times. prepare a hot charcoal fire or pre-heat th ebroiler in oven. make sure grill rack is clean an d4 inches above heat on grill or 5 to 6inches from broiler. Remove fish from dressing and pat dry. Place on grill rack or broiler pan and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Grill or broil for 2 minutes, untilthe fish begins to brown. Turn over and grill or broil for 2 more minutes. Move fish to cooler place on grill or move to a lower rack or notch on broiler. Brush fish with additional dressing and grill or broil with glaze facing heat for one minute. Turn and brush the other side and grill or broil that side for one minute. turn fish again and cook for another minute. Makes four servings.
